Update 17.03.2020

Dear customers and business partners,

During the past few weeks the coronavirus has spread all over Europe. Therefore we would like to inform you about the current status at Centroplast:

We have taken preventative measures to protect our employees and business partners. Last week we have activated our emergency plan to ensure staying operational as best as possible.

To mitigate the risk we have cancelled all business trips and execute meetings virtually where possible. We ask for your understanding that currently we cannot welcome any visitors at our plant.

Our sales team is fully available to support you – please contact us via phone or email. You may also use our live chat on our homepage or the new functionalities in our Advance Dock, e.g. online stock level check, cut-to-size calculation and online ordering.

Due to the emergency plan our whole production, warehouse and shipping department is working without any difficulties. Deliveries can be processed as usual. As of now we do not feel any impact on our production capability.

We are constantly checking the situation across our supply chain and are in close contact with our suppliers.

In terms of outgoing goods our logistics is facing difficulties, i.e. delays especially for shipments to the risk areas. In case you have any questions regarding your shipment please feel free to get in contact with our sales team.

We are happy to check the situation and best way to move forward individually!

We cannot foresee how the situation will develop, but as of now we expect the situation to become even more tense.
